One weekend I went to this ranch that I manage and some of the hunters were down and they were cooking when I pulled up and they had some deer cube steaks that were rolled up and wrapped up in bacon. I asked them how to fix them and they told me. Take a steak and season it however you prefer.I used some season salt, garlic pouder, onion pouder, and some lemon pepper. Then marinade it in ranch dressing, role it up and wrape it in bacon and put it on the grill. FRIKIN AWESOME You could also use itallian dressin if you prefer. Up to you.

If it flys it dies. If it talks, talk back.

Sounds really good. Also sounds like a German Roulonden. Love German Food!
