I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter, and another daughter on the way. I had an idea of buying a pair of higher end shotguns made in the years they were born (2010 and 2012)and engraving each of their names on "their" shotguns. These guns will never be fired and kept as display pieces. When they get married, I will present them to my new son-in-laws as a symbolic passing on of the responsibility for her protection. I think it will mean more than some shotgun I bought right before the wedding.
I'd like to hear some suggestions on what to buy. I'd like to get O/U's or side by sides and am really liking the CZ Woodcock Deluxe. Anyone have any experience with them or any other guns they could suggest?

The CZs are made by Huglu in Turkey. I have one and some friends also have them and have had no problems with the guns.
