Anybody hunt in snyder? If so where and did you do well! I will be there opening weekend and staying at the purple sage! Just wondering if there are plenty of birds out there.

You should do really well then. I hunt a spot near roscoe fields in the a.m. and tanks in the evenings, never have a problem with limits usually, even last year. You should see a few Eurasians as well, I blast em and consider them a bonus since they don't count against your limit.

I just moved to Midland. Im going to check out a lease near Midland on Saturday. Im really hoping I like what I see. After I get dove hunting squared away I gotta find a place around here to duck hunt!!!!!!!

cbr, I hunted out of Hamlin last yr and will be going back this yr. We hunted cut fields in am and fields near ponds in pm and wore them out. There were around 30 hunters in our group and everyone easily limited everyday.

I drive though Snyder almost every week. You should be good to go. This whole area is looking good this year.

I hunted north of Synder a few years back. That was the best hunt I have ever been on in my entire life. We all limited out by 9:00 o'clock that morning. It was a GREAT hunt, birds every where!!!
