I've been hunting with my F.I.L. the past few years. But I've been wanting to hunt my property for awhile. Haven't been there cause I don't like being out there alone ( not scared, safety. You never know what could go wrong.). Finally found a friend that needs a place to hunt so we decided to get the place up and running again. Was looking around the area that I shot my first deer for a good place to put a stand. And boy did I find one. My place is completely surrounded by national forest that, fortunately for us, no one hunts. In the corner where my stand was, is covered in tracks and old rubs. I've got a really good feeling about this year, just can't wait to get into the stand. Gonna try to get a couple cameras up this weekend so I can see what's going on.

Yea, it's the other ones you really need to be careful of (safety-wise) while you're hunting or going to and from.
