Have people gone plan off their rockers lately??? I just saw a craigslist ad for a 250 acre lease, 4 guns @ $2500 EACH. That's $40 an acre??? Good luck with that buddy. http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/spo/3120517501.html

Somebody with more money than brains will lease it quick.
The landowner of one of our old leases in Wise county has 4 guys on 204 acres paying $2500 each.($49 per acre)
Took him 3 days to lease it.
We paid $2600 the year before. (12.75 per acre)
