I have Permision to hunt on 40 acers in Mckinney. Is there anything I need just in case the GW shows up or can I just say I have the owners permision

I would get it in writing and signed by the landowner and keep it in your truck. That way if the gw does come he won't have to call the owner to confirm your permission.

I keep a signed copy of the agreement/contract and land plot of the lease in my back pack or at least in my truck on a couple of my leases. I don't worry about it on the big place I have in Texas though. Never had an issue out there.
