Just inside the woodline looking at a feeder 200 yards away from him. It was a huge stroke of luck I even saw him.

326 yards 30-06 165 grain Hornaday BT I was able to recover the bullet and it weighed 110 grains. Open pasture and I was hiding in the branches of a fallen pecan tree.
Oh and the buck was about 80 something inches i think. When growing up I never hunted whitetail much but we did hunt hogs, birds, squirrels, coyotes, turtles in the pond, and turkeys. Now my father and I made a small place for our family to hunt and every one in a while we share it with a few fellow hunters. Truth is I never really cared much for big deer until I started my own place. Now I get more enjoyment out of seeing others hunt, and most importantly my kids are involved in it as well.
Oh and it was low fence with no feeder. He was following the edge of a creek.

Headed towards feeder I have no idea if he woulda stopped or not shot before he got there Yep he was only 40 yards from the feeder I know he would have had some corn if 150 grains hadn't changed his mind. That's awesome Curtis, I know you could kill a monster now if you wanted it.
