I still have a few spots left on our 2000 acre low fence ranch,these hunts are not listed on my webpage.
The hunt is for best buck available(your choice),3 days hunting,3 nights lodging with all meals and guide. Also includes 1 doe per hunter and unlimited pigs.

In the past years we have taken several 150's and 160's, but most of the deer you can expect to take will be 120's-140's. Last year we had a 12 year old take a 163 and that got him the award for best youth buck in the state for a low fence hunt.

We have corn and protein feeders going right now and can accomodate both bow hunters or rifle hunters, the choice is yours. Bow hunters will hunt from tripods and rifle hunters will hunt from comfortable box blinds, both on the ground and elevated. Can accomodate up to 4 hunters in one group in order to maximize the success of each hunter. In the past three years, no one has left without taking their deer. Any youth under 16 years of age is $500 off when hunting with a paid adult so their cost would be $1000. I posted a few pics of last years hunts below.

The $1500 covers everything and there is no hidden fees, just tip the guide what you think he earned.

Also doing day hunts for doe at $300 and $150 for extra doe.

Knock on wood, so far, everyone who has hunted with us has either shot or harvested deer on this property. Some people come and shoot the first buck they see and some wait for a big one. I don't recommend shooting the first 6 point that walks out, but some people do it. The good thing about this hunt is that you can potentially kill a 170 or a 120 and it's the same price. We have a few bucks that I know will score in the upper 160's and one that's even bigger. However, the majority of them are 120's-140's. We had a young girl last year get on 2 different 150's and she couldn't find them in the scope. She finally killed a 141.

Now, the issue I run into on our low fence hunts is that people think I'm full of crap and trying to pull a fast one. The truth ofthe matter is that it is truly only $1500. You don't pay by the inch,you don't pay for for a certain trophy and there is NO hidden fees. Michael Waddel and his father both hunted this property several years ago and he is the only one of our hunters that hasn't pulled the trigger on one here. He chose to pass on several in the 150's looking for a big boy we had, but he couldn't get him in bow range.

where is the hunting place located and do you have the week of thanksgiving open

In Throckmorton a couple miles off the river. I do have that week open as of right now

These spots are going fast. $300 deposit gets you locked in and the first two weekends of season are still open. I have several booked for late november.

If we can do it during the week before our management hunt Ill take one, and the africa trip may work for me also that me and Aaron have been talking about over some texts the last few days, let me know so I can plan for it either way bud.
