I might as well throw my hat in the ring with trying to get a few hunters. As I have always done Whitetail Bucks are $100 a point for anything over an inch. Does and spikes are $100 unless you also take a buck then they are $75. The first weekend of youth and the regular season is spoken for. My sons place is available though. I have no lodging. There are motels and numerous B&B's in the area. I am about 3 miles S.W. of Bandera.

Are you set-up for bowhunters?? Like stands, etc. that are bow hunter friendly..

Bandera has a bunch of axis. Are you also advertising for them?

Are you set-up for bowhunters?? Like stands, etc. that are bow hunter friendly.. You can get in touch with Bowsnrods. It is near here and they do bow hunts.

Thanks for the info Don. Is it possible for me to set-up some bow stands? Like do you have any tree's stand capable areas or maybe somewhere to hide a gound spot. I do have a couple of the shorter tripods. I am not against gun hunting by no means I just prefer my bow now and I have a gal and her young daughter I looking to get going with the bow.

Sorry but I don't do bow hunts. Besides Bowsnrods you might call my BIL at 830-796-8018. I believe he does bow hunts.

neither are mine don what i have seen in the past once dove season is over thats when i hear more from whitetail hunters everyone is shopping right now.

Hey Don, I am right there with you. I have noticed a pretty good drop in our bookings. I am sure some has to do with the economy. I didnt want to go up on the prices this year but the owner who pays the bills said its time. I tried to make it as painless as possible. I do think our deer this year are better than in years past as the feed bill shows. Its early still!
