Got my new build going. I can't take credit for the welding work, but I'll do the rest from here. Just got the frame all drilled out and have my door fitted. Going to start fitting the Hardi panels and once that's done the frame is off to paint. It's 4 x 8 and going to be heavy.

I just ordered one of those built on a trailer. I picked up a 4x6 trailer blind made the same way today. I am going to carpet it and maybe put some shelving in it. How are you going to finish yours out?

How are you going to finish yours out? It'll be a very basic finish on the inside, couple of shelves here and there, I don't get too wide on the shelves b/c it starts taking up interior space. Carpet is a must, everything will be painted dark on the interior. I did this one last year, it's going to be set up the same way, just this one will be a 4x8 where the one in the pic is 4x6. Either way you end up paying about the same for either size, I just figured out quick that I need more room for the kids.

that looks identical to the one I picked up, minus the paint and struts.
I gotta do a little dark paint on the interior and put carpet in. I wonder if the camo makes any difference. It does look great though!

Thanks, the camo is for my eyes only, makes no difference.

You trying to get rid of the 4x6? Not at this time, if I get rid of it, I'd have to replace it and I just don't have the energy to build 2 at this time.

Made a little progress this weekend. Hopefully by the end of next weekend it'll be close to being finished

hell. . . .if i lived there , be no way in hell i'd drive up here to b.f.e. to hunt anything.
i'd be a duck hunter and fish the rest of the time
(of course, the folks down there thought the same of us driving 9 hours one way to go fish)
