I now have half of the property that I listed a couple of weeks ago up for lease in Fannin County. The other half is no longer available. This would include one 40 acre lake, 1 lake about 10 acres and 4 small ponds. Along with the house. It would be good for a group of about 4 guys possibly more depending on the hunting pressure and traffic. I am asking 7K for the southern half this includes exclusive use of the house.
Many of the pictures in my last post are from this side of the property.

Pics aren't coming through on my computer from previous post, but is this the same place we hunted last year? Yes. It's the property where the house is that all the thf guys stayed in during that group hunt. I believe your group hunted on it the second day.
