190 acres North of Fairfield,TX, Stewards Mill Area. Pastures and wooded sections 1 large tank, 3 small tanks, has bottom on back side; has cattle on property; have hogs some ducks; primitive camping. I'd say 2-3; last hunters were father n son doctors; they were management minded guys, father now in poor health so they are downsizing to 1 lease. I'm absentee owner living in New Orleans area. In the past under my Father's management, we had younger hunters that would move 4-5 campers in and live on the place on weekends - not gonna fly again. I'm not looking to over regulate, but I don't want the property raped or my cattleman irritated. Expect hunters to pickup their hulls and leave no trash. Property does not have stands or feeders; will need to bring your own.

I'm interested just my family and a buddy would be on it and never tag all our deer jhunter: Thanks for your interest, I have several hunters lined up to see property starting Friday evening thru the week. If they don't commit I will post Still Available here.
