 Looking for a youth hunt

I am looking to bring my son (8 years old)on a hunt this fall. He has never taken a deer and I would like to bring him on a doe and or cull hunt. Looking for a laid back hunt where he will not feel pressured. Please let me know if you would have something. It is worth noting that he is more than capable with a rifle, within reason as he gets plenty practice .
