A man goes to the doctor to talk to him about a penis enlargement. The doctor goes over a few options and they talk about the price. The guy responds that he really can't afford them and if there was anything or any other methods to fit his budget.

The doctor does explain to the man that there is an experimental procedure but as mentioned, it is experimental, and would cost next to nothing.

The doctor tells the man that what happens is they take a section of a baby elephants trunk and basically implant into the mans penis to give it the enlargement.

The man agrees and comes back the next week to get the procedure done.

After the procedure the doctor reminds his patient not to have sex for 6 weeks until he is fully recovered.

Six week go by and all that time, the man had been woo-ing a girl, taking her to movies, lunches, working his way to the end of those 6 weeks. When the time comes, he decides to take her out to a really nice restaurant downtown, and go from there.

Well, they're sitting there talking, having a good time at a candle lit table when the waiter brings them their drinks and a basket of rolls. As they are talking the mans penis swoops out from under the table, grabs a roll and disappears back under the table.

The womans eyes popped and the man is shocked and embarassed. After a brief silence, the woman asks the man if that was "really your penis?"

The man, reluctantly replies, "yes"

The womans eyes get a wild look in them and asks if he thinks he can do it again.

To which the man replies, "I would but I don't think my a**hole could handle another roll."
