I'm still pretty new to the forum, but I was looking for some input on scopes for my AR. I primarily hog hunt with it and don't need anything with a crazy magnification 3-9 would be okay just wondering what peoples suggestions are I've looked at leupold vx-1, vx-2, and vx-3s as well as several Nikon scopes, I already have an eotech but would like some magnification for longer range shots.

Trijicon accupoint is one of the best low light scopes for the money.

check out the 2-7 VXR
I have S&B, Trijicons, USO, etc.. I have tested this scope into darkness and have been pleasantly surprised with how good it is
the 2-7 VXR is an ideal light weight scope for hogs my brother is running one on his 6.8 for hogs

z3 swarovski, with the better glass you done need illumination. All my hogs are black lately so illumination is crucial. I like the VXR and the Trijicon accupoint.

I like the SS 1-4, but also the Vortex Viper PST 1-4 and Leupold's new VX-R is great as well.
I don't think you could go wrong with any of the above choices.

Anything with a low magnification, like a Burris XTR 1-4, or something in 2-7. 3-9 would be ok, but I like shooting with both eyes open, and a scope on 1x is nice.
