The snake would be utterly helpless if you walked upon him at that point.
Uprisings started or quelled, tornadoes rerouted, elections rigged.

It's a real photo for sure. The cows are looking at the guy who took it. Also, the snake is definitely not average size...look at how many levels of rattlers he has. It gets hard to count after 9 (he has several more) but that means a 9 year old snake at least. I got one 6'3" that had 9 and a button, and I wasn't far from George West that time. Big uns down that way!

Big uns down that way! FYI The rattlers are made when they shed their skin and they can shed 2 or 3 times a year and each shed makes a rattle. (At birth, a “pre-button” is present at the tip of the snake's tail; it is replaced by the “button” several days later when the first skin is shed. However, no sound can be made by the rattle until a second segment is added when the skin is shed again.[40] A new rattle segment is added each time the snake sheds its skin. They may shed their skins several times a year depending on food supply and growth rates. Rattlesnakes travel with their rattles held up to protect them from damage, but in spite of this precaution, their day-to-day activities in the wild still cause them to regularly break off end segments. Because of this, there is no way to determine the age of a rattlesnake based on the number of rattles on its tail)

Picture looks pretty good, but that snake sure looks too big to believe. If this is real, where are the pictures of the dead snake?

Might be a small rabbit, but still a BIG FAT mean rattler! Real or shopped I like it. And for all those that said its defenseless or walk right up and chop its head off, well uhm no thanks! The biggest one I killed was right about 6 feet and fat, but not as fat as the photo. After me and my buddy put 2 clips from my colt 45 into it it was still mean as ever. We only grazed the head cause it was moving so much but we filled the body full of big holes. Took at least an hour for it to stop moving and die. I was still scared of it the next morning in my pick up bed, hell its been 10 years and I am still scared of that snake.
