This evening, I'm gonna grill some skinless, boneless, chicken thighs I have marinated in Lawry's Sesame Ginger chicken marinade for three or four hours. Wife and I love it. Simple, quick, and easy. I'll also grill some corn on the cob with olive oil and Cavinder's Greek seasoning, and some pineapple slices. Good to go.

Weber's Kickin Chicken is pretty good on grilled chicken also, if you like it a little spicy.

I like to marinate chicken in equal parts, lemon, lime, orange, pineapple juice, I always pound the breast with a tenderizing hammer. Just don't marinate too long, a couple hour will work, then grill them up.

HEB pre-marinated chicken is pretty good IMO if you have one around.....but as far as recipes - I like to take chicken breasts or thighs & marinate them in Cholula hot sauce, mustard, lil' bbq sauce, & a little lime juice/soy sauce/worchestershire. Marinate for a couple of hours & drop on a hot grill, yum! I like to experiment with recipes, always trying something different but I kinda like this one.
