Im sorry for your loss i know what thats like. But where Im from I see that everyday know body every plays with them hafe of them are baking in the sun i just hate to see a dog on chains thats why dallas has outlawed it. I have done it in the past but after seeing the bs i have seen in pleasant grove....

I lost one of my coon dogs last year that i had 14 years. I walked alot
of miles behind him. When i was digging his grave i was crying like a baby. Losing a family pet is hard but losing one that has hunted its heart out for you brings a whole other element to the hurt. I have a painting in my living room of him treeing on a big pecan tree. I catch myself looking at that pic all the time thinking about the way he sounded and all them nights following him through the woods. I know how you feel and that comment about the chain was way uncalled for. That dog wasn't a city dog that spent its whole life on a chain. Some people should think before they post stupid comments...
