My Son and his friend were riding around and came up on this 4'7" Rattlesnake. They beat it with a stick then cut his head off with a broken bottle lol


While taking pics, I noticed something on my Son's shoulder. Wound up being one of the snakes fangs. He was lucky he didnt get stuck. Doubt it would have hurt him bad just being the fang but probably had enough to make him sick.

On a side note, I know a guy who was cutting the head off a rattler and accidently slipped and got a fang in his hand. He ended up going to the hospital that evening with a badly swollen hand!

The last ratler I killed was when we were filling feeders, thought I didnt have a gun, but wasnt going to let it go. I threw a sack of protein ontop of it then got a claw hammer out of the tool box, pulled the bag off a little at a time till just the head was out and beat it to a pulp... on way back to camp spotted the loaded 20ga in the back seat hammer

That's crazy! I do have to say that the picture kind of reminds me of a redneck Napolean Dynomite and Pedro especially with the honey badger T-shirt! Glad they tag teamed that rattler and no one was hurt.
