Unfortunately this buck was poached in Minnesota. I trying to guess a score I'm thinking 150+ but it's hard to tell.

Great 8 but hard totell pic was definitely taken to make it look bigger than it is.

I was thinking it's about 150, it's a bit short in tine length, still it's one heck of a deer. I have seen one other like it, with longer tines, but they're few and far between.

Great mass. Hard to tell beam length based on the photo. Tines look fairly short, and that is the single most important factory in B&C score. I would bet it would not go above 140. But that is not to say it's not a spectacular 8 point.

If he doesn't score 150 he will be very close to it but it does take a very good 8 point to score 150. I have pics of a 8 point that I saw last year that I think will make 150 and if someone will post them. I am too old and dumb to post pics but will send them to some one if you will send email address.

Let's put it this way I'd shoot it if I saw it in season. It would be a heck of a trophy regarless of score.

I guess 192", net 188" and inside spread of 28 3/8"...just a guess though

G2's are to short but he does have over 40" of mass.

I feel that's a good guess.

Ok, you guys who are putting him at 180+, help me out. Even if I assume that he has 40" of mass, 28" spread and 28" main beams, he would still need 10"+ G-2's and G-3's to get to 180". And there is no way those tines are 10".

He's going to go over 40 and bc of that those tines are looking shorter than what they really are... of course txhntr cheated and googled.
