Looks good, also appears to have a Belgium rust blue on it as well.

I love a short barreled rifle for shooting from a stand. I also appreciate the full stock not just for looks but for the fact that an accidental bump is likely wood on wood and not metal on wood. It's due into my FFL holder on Wednesday so I should pick it up Thursday.

I'm looking forward to it. I probably won't get to mess with it much until after my Alaska trip in July. With the trip, buying a rifle was a bit of a stretch, so the scope will wait a bit.

I received the rifle today 7.2 lbs without scope it's everything I hoped it would be. It'll go into the gunsmith next week, for detachable sling swivels, while it's there I'll have him put rings on. Add a scope and I'll put it through it's paces. After the season I'll have it checkered in a conservative pattern
