So i listed my gsp for sale amonth ago and someone contacted me and bought her....i have never had to get rid of a dog in my life but due to divorve and working a ton more to make ends meet i couldnt give her the attention she deserved.... well today my friend emails me saying shes for sale on craigslist. This person just picked her upa little over a week ago and i havent even transferred her papers to her yet..... sure enough shes for sale. I call this person and ask why she didnt call me. I told her that if she ever needed a free dogsitter or if she couldnt keep her to give me first shot at her.... well she ispissed because she peed in her houseone time and tore up a corner of carpet when she locker her in a room all day while at work. Shes saying i lied to her about her being well behaved and housebroken. This l
ady seemedso nice when i met her and het son......her son absolutely fell in love with my dog.....hes 11 yrs old. I thought i did something good for this kid....

Man im upset. I offered to buy her back for what she paid me and sh refused.

Am i right to be upset about this????

You made a mistake, but you have the right to be upset.

Glad you are getting her back. I actually feel sorry for the kid though. Loosing the dog and has a woman like that for his Mother.

No big deal, I figured it was because you were so upset and were trying to get it all out at once. Hope things work out for you and the dog.

I'm sorry to hear about that. Autumn is a really great dog for me. Little needy for my likes but she is very well mannered and gets the run of the entire house while I'm gone at work while the others are in the kennels! She loves to ride in the truck also wherever I go. We've been working on tracking quite a bit and she is starting to figure out what she is there to do. No problems with Autumn!

Few pictures of Autumn. I might have already sent these to you thru email but thought you'd like to know Autumn is doing well!

That was her best friend, Roush.

Wow. Sorry to hear about the trauma! Some people don't realize that dogs are... well.... DOGS! Not machines & not flawless - doggy mishaps are part of the 'charm' of dogs. (Had to stop typing this to clean up the big puddle Red Ace just left on the kitchen floor here. "Charm.") ANYWAY.... the GOOD news is, looks like a reunion is at hand and I hope all goes well.
