This is a hunters dream. It is 900 acres high fenced with lots of terrain. It lays out like 2,000 acres. The corn and the protein is provided at no extra charge. There are food plots, some of which are irrigated with circle irrigation pivots. There is live water going through the middle of the ranch. There are ten blinds and ten feed stations in place. There is a house with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bunk room. You can kill mature bucks only, management bucks, culls, does, Axis buck, Axis doe, hogs, and turkeys. The ranch wants a long term lease with management minded hunters. The ranch has been high fenced for two years and there is still more management bucks and culls than trophies, but the future is bright for 5 1/2 year or older bucks. Landowner is very hands and on and wants to make this a great place for the group that chooses to hunt here. The pictures of the deer are post hunting season and are bucks that are on the property right now. It is MLDP and you can hunt from October 1, through Feb. This will include Spring Turkey season. It is not a year round lease, but as close to one as you can get. You do not have to fill feeders or worry that they are being filled. The landowner does it for you. Tons of savings on feed and fuel. The ranch wants $35,000.00 and you can split it up to eight hunters. This is feed included. If you are family oriented, you should take multiple spots as this is a serious hunters type of ranch and guest are not permitted without paying. However, if you want to lease the entire property, you can work out a deal with guest and family members. The terrain on this ranch goes from river bottom to big bluffs and canyons. It is one of the most unique properties I have ever been on. If interested PM me, call/text me at 254-716-4010, or send me an email at dangerranger.garay@gmail.com. 4375 each seems like alot for 900 acres, if you get 8 people total.

Guys but your talking a house, feed and it's MLD. Plus you don't have to fill any feeders.... Just think, avg lease is maybe 2k, add feed plus the cost of driving back and forth to feed, lodging or electricity...
That ain't a bad price at all with it being high fence. Plus you can kill an axis buck and doe. Avg price for an axis is 2k.
This is a hunters dream in my opinion. I just don't have 4400 to lay down on it....
Spend time with the ones you love. Time is not guaranteed.

Is it the landowner that is ending the season on Jan 1st even though MLD Level 2 & 3 go to the end of February? Curious
Or at least to mid-late Jan?
Awesome place is right, it would be a dandy to hunt.
PM sent

Pretty sure the Jan. was a typo on my part. Should be allowed to hunt by any legal means from Oct 1-Feb. 28th
