You oughta grab a Taurus Judge out of the glove box thinking it's loaded with real bullets and have a frien let one out of a trap while you stand 15 feet in front of the door only to find out after the third shot that it's loaded with 7 1/2's...

I guess you are using the term "friend" rather losely there...good grief - I'd at least make him buy me some new skivees...

Ain't it amazing how well you can shoot when your azz is on the line? Seen that a couple times myself-good on ya that you kept your wits!

Yep...amazing what you can do with a handgun when you absolutely have to. Something about those cutters poppin', the squealin' and absolute darkness that makes a person shoot damn straight.

I had a sow with 2 of her 3 piglets caught in a coral trap at our lease 2 weeks ago, I did not want to shoot them as I had no desire to drag them out of the trap or take them to the butcher, I jumped up on the shut to open the door and the 200lb sow tried to bite me on the foot thru the cage wire! those sombitches are mean!!!

Another Squealer down good job, have a buddy of mine who always hits them with a 45 even after sticking them no matter what. He had one go bad some years back and still wears the scar on his leg for reminder.

My uncle had a hogged trapped last year and I put a bullet through the head with my 45 and it fell against the trap door. Waited about ten minutes opened the door and crawled in to swing it around the door. As soon as I grabbed those hind legs that SOB jumped up and I was gone. Hog ran off about 20 yards. Finally after calming down I put a knee on him slit his throat. I have never heard my uncle laugh so hard.

I once shot one in the head with a 30.06 coming streight at me. He went down and I walked to my four wheeler and rode up to the hog and it jumped up and took off. I shot it twice more before it finaly died.
