Good looking dogs. Why ford tho Haha, I knew that one was coming. Between Carroll Shelby & Jack Roush they have done plenty for the automotive industry and my entire family are big Ford fans so that could explain it as well as how fast these dogs are. You should see the cream pup work a blood trail the name is quite fitting. I'll probably name my next dog Henry.

I came home from work last night expecting to be greeted as usual but it was different this time. I went out into the yard knowing something was up I had a dog missing and there he laid stiff on the ground with Shelby his sister nearby. I'm not going to kid myself that hit me pretty hard took him to my dads and buried him last night. I'm not positive what happened he was fine the morning I left for work nothing out of the normal slept in his usual spot at the foot of my bed and got up in the morning and ate together before I headed into work. There were no signs at all of him being previously sick or slowed down at all and his body conditions seemed normal he still had his appetite. This dog never had an ounce of quit in him and was just treeing coons, working blood trails, baying hogs & working cattle on Saturday so I really don't understand it at all. He was a damn good dog and he was just turning it on at a year old now. Left for work and when I got home he was already gone and had hemorrhaged out.
With the time we had together he hardly ever quit on me and would do anything I ever asked of him or best he good. One of them dogs that is just born well mannered from the get go and smart as they come. We traveled numerous states and went to all types of events, I know the short time that we had together we both enjoyed. He was literally my pride and joy and we made a lot of memories together. RIP Jack Roush.

Sorry for your loss, the worst feeling in the world is not knowing what happened. That's the real kicker. Whatever it was it happened within 8 hour time frame because he was normal before I left for work. Came home that evening and he was stiff.... No damage done anywhere. I inspected him carefully and lifted his tail and blood came out so it had to have been internally something bothered him he just never showed. Just Saturday he was working cattle, baying hogs in the pen, working blood trails and treeing coons at an event.... He was a do it all type of dog and full of life. Thanks everyone.

Man, so sorry to hear that.
I had to put my 14-year-old belgian shepherd down last Friday. Been with me since she was 5 minutes old.
She was the third dog I've had to put down in my life and they all hurt bad. Try and focus on the good times.
My condolences for your loss.

sounds like his intestines got twisted, it is not that uncommon and death is pretty fast sometimes. Sorry to hear about this losing a best friend not easy.
