My dad has a 2500 acre section of land and a 3300 section of land up for lease includes deer and turkey. Ranch is located South of san angelo about 10 miles. Its a beautiful piece of land lots of thick bruch and some cleared areas with mix of mesquite and cedar. He is asking $10 per acre. What's the max number of people you would like on the place? Any rivers or what's the water situation like?
