I have used muzzy 3 blade and G5 Strikers to kill deer. I like the Strikers much better. I also saw first hand what slick tricks can do and im going to try those next year.
Talk to Wes 70 on here he can get them for you.

Get ready for a bunch of opinions!

Can't go wrong with a 3-blade muzzy.

I switch back and forth between Slick Tricks, Spitfire Xp Pros, and Crimson Talons............Been having great luck with the Slick Tricks, so they are my #1 go to right now.

Tried the Rage 2 blades a couple of times. Will never use them again.

I like the Wasp SST heads. Razor sharp out of the package, built like a rock, and you get 6 in a pack instead of 3.

Muzzy 3 blade. They seem to fly well with my setup and one punched right through a hog's rib a couple of weeks ago. My philospohy is simple: If it works, don't mess with it!

This is like a "my Ford can beat up your Chevy" argument - everyone is right! I say get whatever you have confidence in and practice using it...a lot...practice a LOT.

Here are some pics of a 100gr muzzy. The broad head went completely through the neck, and was VERY hard to pull back out. I think they did a great job and held together great even after passing though bone.

been boggled over this for a while. tried crimson talon, NO. tried rage, not sure yet. Always a fan of muzzy!

this was with a crimson talon 100g from less than 30 yds.
DID NOT PASS THROUGH, not quartering, barely scraped shoulder.

I just haven't had any shots taken on our ranch YET with a Muzzy 100 grain that did not do the job on deer size game. Mechanical broadheads like the RAGE did an excellent job on two axis and a blackbuck. I'm not sure what Wes used on his blackbuck but it did an OK job. Shot placement is always key.

Personally, I would like to try the Slick Tricks next week on a doe if I get the chance. Other than that, I still like my G5 Montec's. They take some time to sharpen but fly great for me and have given me clean kills in the past.

Have only used thunderheads and only killed a hog with it but he piled up 25 yards from the shot, can't argue with that!

Another "Thunderhead" user here. They fly true, are durable, cut well, and replacement blades are everywhere. Oh yeah, they're much cheaper too. They are the first head I ever screwed on, and never had a reason to try anything else. But I'm part of the, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" crowd.
