T-Bone came up to seek revenge on the herd that avoided his bullets last time!

This time he took MR. Pig!

Then Tuesday between thunderstorms I had a guy from Wisconsin come down and he hunted one of my properties in Oklahoma and harvested a pig in the morning and one in the afternoon. Had opportunities at others, but could never get a clear shot on them!

I have several hunters headin' up soon, so should have more bacon off the land soon!

Wheat is just about right to be able to kill them in the fields soon!

Hey J.J., T-Bone brought that boar over for some processing and he was a real nice one. Question is, do you need me to send the ticks back to you? I bet there are plenty around but if you need them I can drop them in the mail.

Need to get back there soon and get me one. Boy want's another chance too.

If you think we have pigs, it is insane up there!!!!!

Have roughly 800 acres and there is probably 500 + pigs running around it!

Although, I just downloaded a pic from where your boy froze up last year, and there is 30+ pigs in that wheatfield.

It is GAME time! Brother!!!

There is about 100+ pigs hitting one of my wheatfields everyday.

Also have 3-4 packs of pigs hittin' another field.

In Oklahoma while Turkey hunting Friday (with some customers) we walked up on 30+ hittin' a feeder.

Weather is right and looks to be good this coming weekend!

Looks like you guys have plenty of hogs up there!

That's sum good'uns!!

Most of the hogs taken in Texas is at night using LED lights, and/or with Hogzilla lights.

All hogs taken in Oklahoma are shot during the day as it is only legal to shoot pigs during daylight hours.

Had Marc from Nebraska come down for some Piggy revenge! (Last time he came down the heat turn on and the pigs went to hiding on us)

This Time was exactly the opposite!!!!

Within 2 hours of him getting in town I had put him infront of over 100 pigs!!!

This was Friday during the rain, and the first location I wanted to put him at was a tripod stand, but he woulda been soaking wet (he forgot all raingear). While we drove up to the location, there was at least 20+ in the neighbors field rootin'. One of them was easily over 300#'s!!!

We then drove to another field I have that has a pop up blind on it which would keep him dry. As we drove to it, we rounded the corner, and there stood 30+ pigs in the road!! I turned the truck off, and we walked up to 20 yards from them. He pulled up and dropped a nice sized sow! We then had pigs running in all directions! I told him to shoot, but he couldn't get another round off, with them running in the wheat.

We picked her up and then I said, lets go see if that big dude has made it to my field yet.

We head back to the spot I wanted to put him at, and as we walked to the SE corner, here walks towards us, 5 100 pounders and at least 15 piglets...they see us as they aren't but 15 yards from us (on the neighbors property) I told him to wait for them to get on my property.

They turn and wind us and run off...

I said lets wait and see if something else comes...

I mean it wasn't 1 minute later, here comes a LINE of pigs...at least 30+ they walk from the creekline, and then come one by one into my wheatfield!

I said, pick one and get it!

A nice 140 pound Sow walks under the fence Marc pulls up and drops it with one shot...

What a GREAT hunt!

The hog hunting was really great, and just like he said. We drove 500 mi. into a rain storm,and flash flood warnings,and I thought it would be a waste of time. Boy was I wrong.I never even made it to a blind or get to try out my XLR 250.
It's funny that a hog can hide in a wheat field and how close you can get to them. I'm 6'3", 250 and I walked to within 17 yds, down wind, in the open.
