Hi all, Well its been a long winding God led path. But it looks as if the rubber is finally going to hit the road. My home church in Canton, TX has graciously invited us to work under them for this outdoor ministry. A ministry devoted to rebuilding, building and restoring relationships between father and son and to the Father. We are planning a family fun day archery shoot for 4/14 in Canton, TX. We would like to have the kiddos assembly their own PVC bows, shoot them and take them home. We would also like others to come and just enjoy shooting and assisting in the instruction of those wanting to learn. We would love to see ya out there. If anyone is interested in helping by donating materials for the PVC bows, hay bales, archery targets (block and 3D) used ones are fine,and some traditional or long bows and arrows please let us know. Or if you have any of these items that you would loan us to use or come out and let some people use that would be greatly appreciated. Please just drop me a PM. Thanks

Hello, Bueller?

Come on out and Join in on the fun. April 14, 2012 from 9AM to NOON. We will have some targets set up, some breakfast tacos and drinks and PVC bows for the kids (10 and under). No competition set up. Just fun, good conversation, growing the love of the outdoors and sharing the love we have received. Hope you all can make it. On Target Archery is just up the street and has a 3D shoot too, if you are looking for more of a challenge.

We had an awesome time. The kids really enjoyed building and shooting their own bows. There were 12 boys and girls that had the opportunity to assemble and shoot thier own bow. We had other kids come with their own and shoot too. Many of the adults that attended had never shot a bow prior and really enjoyed it. I think there are some future archers in the mix. It was a smiled filled time and I can't wait to do another one. I want to thank those that attended and assisted. I also want to encourage those that did not attend to come on out next time.
