Our Seniors at our School are required to do Senior Projects as a part of their classes. They have to chose a mentor. I had the Honor of being asked to be my Daughters, Boyfriend Mentor. He knew I made walking canes for Wounded Soldiers. I was so happy, I went and bought him a pocket knife lol. Here are some pics of the Progress. This is Mario and Grey (will be the recipient of the cane) prior to any work being done on the cane  Starting to skin it  Grey, you shed your blood for our Country and Mario shed his blood for you  Working the Dremel tool  Putting a light singe on it.  Time for the tung oil  Me and Mario with the finished product  Here it is. I think he did a great job. Hope Grey enjoys it

He did a great job. I am very proud of him. He was very dedicated and I am hoping me and him can hand deliver it to Grey AKA Inkydoc here on the forum.

Texsun the Texas Country Reporter would laugh at you if you called him about me lol. Thanks it is something that I hope later in life he remembers and maybe sits down one day and starts to make more. It feels great to pass things along to others.
