Does anybody know why you can run hounds on Ft Hood for anything but hogs? I've got some long range plotts that would really shine there. Used to run cows there and know the country good.

I believe it has to do with the fact you can only rifle hunt with guides. They have some retarded regs about that. Shotgun you should be good to go.
