This is my good friend Grover Johnson. He is 82 years old and a go getter. I helped him make 50 lbs. of jerky this morning. Have it smoking right now.

He sure does know what he is doing. He has been making stuff for many years. We still have to make garlic sausage, jalapeņo and cheese summer sausage, and salami.
