txshntr has some excellent questions. I would also ask what game they have and limts for each, landowner or broker, year round lease or not. codym I'm not trying to put your post in question, but I would go into the details.

Is this a family oriented lease?

I have bought a rifle in the past from Cody many years back, he has hunted out in the area for a long time, I bet they got another pasture to hunt and needs more people. That area has lots of good deer and my past experience with Cody was a+.

9 to 10 hunters. if you have a group of 9 then he would rather the 9. if you have 10 men/women/children in your group then that is ok. he does not want to go over 12 spots.
the group we had last year split up and was a long drive.
looking for a new group. i have known land owner for 25 years. good people. i have one spot on the lease as i did last year. who ever gets onthis this will deal with land owner. i am no broker, just leasing from him. i pay same as you. i do not shoot. i am on it for my 8 and 4 year old to have fun. my 8 year old hunts with me with him. other than that we ride around and enjoy the place (not while people are hunting).
facilities are nice. good deer. i think there was a high 140 taken last year. we let a few young 130's walk begining of season and never made it back. i have deleted all of the pics from a couple of years ago. any more questions just ask me or call numbers listed. that is the land owner thanks

How much a gun?

It says in the original post the total lease is $20,000 and he wants 9 or 10 guns.
