own both the 12 and 20, darn good shootin irons.
got several hundred rounds thru the 12, never missed a beat.
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting.......holy kaka.....What a Ride!

The shotgun, 12 ga, O/U, works like I expect. The sights are often way off for knocking down dove! I don't think it has anything to do with the hunter!

The recoil as bad as they say? We've got one. The shotgun weighs in at just over 5 pounds. Yes, you will feel it, but don't let that stop you from buying one. They are quite nice.

I cut off a piece of 3/4" all thread rod then installed it under the butt plate, wrapped some tape around each end so it doesn't bounce around inside. Made all the difference in the world. I can shoot express long range dove loads now without the feeling of a mule kicking me everytime. Other than that, I prefer to carry it than my Beretta AL-2 when dove hunting. WOuld shoot it for ducks, but hopefully will get a Browning Maxus for Christmas or something.....

I've got a 20 ga. that I love. I am actually looking to sell it seeing that I bought a Beretta. Let me know if you're interested.

My sight comment was supposed to be funny. I am happy with my shotgun.

I really like mine, but I'm not really recoil sensitive. The only issue I've had with mine is the ejectors sticking. I took them out and cleaned all of the factory grease and crud out and so far so good. Very nice shotguns for the money.
