I like both, I own both. i guess really depends to me on how much u want to spend on the gun and the ammo. And how u are with guns. AK's arent pretty and work no matter what. AR are dependable made to be pretty, lol. both work well with a compatent operator

I have both as well, each has their pro's and con's. It all depends in which one you choose for a particular job.

That's like asking what's better, a truck or a fast car. They both fill certain roles very effectively, but neither of them is the do-all end-all best assault rifle, and it is impossible to say which one is "better" without breaking it down into categories. Better reliability? AK, by far. Better accuracy? AR-15 will trump the AK here 9/10 times. It just depends on what you're trying to accomplish.

depends on if I am wanting to shoot paper or varmints or humans. one is the greatest varmint rifle ever made that you can shoot people with in a pinch. one is the greatest combat weapon ever made that you can use on the odd varmint. Let you figure out which one is which.
America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards. Claire Wolfe

junk, both of them. Deluxe grade Weatherby, best gun ever made, 30-06, good for Squill to Moose.
Forum says "Veteran Tracker". I could not track a garbage truck into a fireworks factory.
