We're having a members meeting this weekend , and will likely have a number of openings. The max number of people for this lease is 15 at $2,800. We are a management minded group that wants to continue the improvement of the whitetail and exotics. Just wondering if there might be anybody interested. First time posting!!

Can you give more details? Where in Sutton County? Is there water, electricity, a house to stay in? What are the feed requirements? Family and guests allowed? Year round lease or just deer season? How many deer are allowed per member?
Those are just the questions that popped into my head. I love that area.

Located on Juno road south of Sonora at the devils river. There is water, electricity, and a camp house that sleeps 8 with a bathroom and shower. There is also a seperate cook house with stove, fridge, etc.., 7 RV hookups, and a walk in cooler, but all need some cosmetic work. Family and a limited number of guest are allowed. This is a year round lease. Members will have there on area of land to hunt, which is done by a draw system. 4 deer per member, 1 mature, 1 cull, 2 does, 4 turkeys, exotic quota, and unlimited hogs.

We have openings for 3-5 hunters at $3,300 a person. Our group decided to limit lease members to 12, that's the reason for cost increase. We are a management minded group that enjoys having individuals and there families.

Sounds a lot like the Phillips Ranch if so be real careful guys it is not a hunter friendly spot. Owner lady is a PETA person and you take it from there. If it is the Phillips place or the neighboring place shoot me a PM and I can give you more information. If not this area please forgive the negative comment
It could be uh law I dont no. Yall have uh good un

This is the last time I will be posting about needing members. We are a group from East Texas that are mostly in the oil and gas industry. We enjoy having family and friends come out to the lease, espescially young bow hunters (I can send kill pictures). Age of our group is from 30 to 70yrs old (Lots of cooking and visiting) and have harvested whitetails from 120" - 150" with our bows in Panola, Shelby, and Nacogdoches County, several of us are old school and pick up the rifle (smoke pole) in November. You will have your on area, 400 acres to do as you please. Between 15 members last year we killed over a 100 hundred hogs, and have had the following mounted or in the process, 5 turkeys 10" plus beards, 5 auodads 26" - 29", 1 Axis 30", 1 Fallow fawn colored male, and 2 Whitetail bucks. Last year was our first year to lease this property, and at times we had our doubts, but we saw a lot of 2.5 yr. 8 points that kept us interested, along with the unbelievable amount of turkeys and Auodad. Long post but wanted to make sure everyone interested has the facts.
