Small year round hunting lease available in Jack County North of Jacksboro, Deer turkey hogs dove duck varmints and fishing from two stocked ponds. Campsite only. No water or electricity. Some heavy oak and mesquite cover with 60 feet of elevation change. 3 guns at $1500 per gun.

Just talked to the guy, property has been leased and he is taking it off of craigslist. He said it lasted all of 3 hours... Man these thing go quickly.

He said hes had over 20 calls on the place. Yesterday he told me the first guy that called is looking at it this morning at 9 and since i called second. Hes calling me after the dude decides and if he doesnt get on it im going to look at it.
