They are about 85% on framing and he had the concrete guys out today to start the flat work. (sidewalks and approach)  There will be a sidewalk from the back patio of the house out to the front patio of the shop and on down the side of the shop to the 22x20 approach.  The railing is coming down on the back patio.   He had to put some steps at the shop due to all the dirt work.

That is awesome, makes me want to go clean mine up. Good luck and keep the pictures coming. What are you going to use to light the open area, I used halide lights and love them. Just a thought
