Ok, if you had to choose your semiauto pistol between H&K or SIG which one would you go with and why?

Aston Martin vs Bentley. Both are awesome. I'm a Sig fan. No real reason, though. Just preference.

HK.
They are both good choices and two of my favorites. In most cases they are both bulky type guns but they HK will weigh less. Reliability is excellent with both.

I've carried both and they are both great weapons. I would pick the Sig just because it fits my hand so much better. Reliability would probably be equal, it's just a matter of how they fit you.

Like others have said they're both great. I have several Sig pistols and hope to have another one in 2 weeks.

SEAL's & other special forces use both, in 9mm & .45, so I don't think you can go wrong w/either!!!!

I own both and Sig 220 by the bed and either the HK P30 or Sig 220 carry version for CCW.
I have found that the HK P2000 and P30 fit better than the USP version for myself, but the feel of the Sig in my hand is equal to if not better.
They both make fine weapons, either of you would be happy to own.

Both are great guns, go to a range where you can rent both and see which one you prefer. That's exactly what I did several years ago. I found out I am a big time fan of Sig pistols. I've owned several and would never have sold my last P239 if I hadn't gotten a smoking deal on the one below. P239 SAS Gen 2 with SRT 9mm.

Agree both make some great guns, the SIGs seem to fit my hand better so they are my choice.

I'm just the opposite of some of ya'll. Sigs don't work for me to grip, but the H&Ks do. Never, ever, had any type of malfunction with an H&K. I'm only talking about the USPs, haven't held or shot other models.

Both make great firearms.
My personal choice is H&K.
The only non-H&K handgun I own is a FN 5.7.

Not necessarily because they are best, its because they are almost free.
Don't get me wrong, they are good weapons but there are other weapons and you'd have to get the MK25 Mil-spec version and the same with CTC.
