The lease is 4000 acres and the total guns will be 10, we need 4 or 5. The price is 3000 per gun but this is a family lease so your family would be able to enjoy the outdoors. We are establishing a management program and will need to ensure we take the mature animals. This season we will be allowed to take 1 mature trophy buck, 1 mature management buck, 2 mature does, and 2 turkeys. We will evaluate the range conditions on a year to year basis to determine if the allocation needs to be adjusted. The ranch has exotics, but not a lot, but the rancher wants an extra fee for taking them…blackbuck and axis are 500 and rams are 300. Year round access is allowed but we must notify the rancher through me as a courtesy. There is a bunk house that has 5 sets of bunk beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a walk-in cooler, storage shed, RV hookups, good roads. He has feed pens built all over the ranch so all you would have to do is set up your feeder. Everyone has there on stands and are expected to hunt there stand or area. If you come to an agreement with the other hunters that you want to hunt other stands that is ok as long as there is agreement. I prefer not too, based on issues I have had on other ranches. With only 10 hunters on 4000 acres, there is room for more than one blind in your area. If you need further info reply to this posting.

Thanks

This is per gun or for the entire group of 4-5 hunters?

[blazin - "This is per gun or for the entire group of 4-5 hunters?"]

It's per paying member, CHRIS81 is correct. Your wife, kid, mom or dad can shoot off your tags.

The ranch's previous group had an established management program in place, however if we see an over abundance of management bucks we will meet as a group and discuss shooting another management buck in lieu of a doe. This will help with the genetics we are wanting on the ranch and improve our deer for the future.
