Check out www.birdmanstudios.com for great pics of various birds in a lot of poses, that should give you some ideas. I look there a lot when trying to decide which pose to use, then take it to whatever taxi you want.

I always loved the takeoff pose. Something like this: You might have to pay your taxi a little more for the water work, but I think this pose really fits the species. Dan www.waterfowlwonders.net

RF, I love scratching mounts....very nice. I love Buffies, no matter what they are doing, but here's my favorite.
Overheard at my last convention: "If you wanna make a million bucks in taxidermy, start out with 2 million and in 5 years, if you're lucky, you'll have a million left."

I'd ask him if he's pregnant. He missed a s__tload of periods. I'll take "things that look like a uterus" for $200 Alex.

LOL! I've been teachin' my girls the saying, "Winner winner, Chicken dinner!" this week. When ya' get those buffies kilt (and I get freakin' caught up) I will be happy to do 'em for ya' Sir.
p.s. Sorry about the awards in the pic...awards don't really mean chit, only happy clients do, but it's the only picture I had of that mount. I gave that mount away the day after the competition was over!.
