Every winter I throw out a lone magnum Mallard hen and a Spoonie hen over the fence to see what shows up every morning. I get the usual Mallards,Spoonies and Gadwalls but I've had a male Ringneck stay around for several weeks now. Taken from this morning. I need to purchase a good camera vs. the iphone... Find the Ringneck- Gadwalls- Just thought that I'd share. It makes my day to see 'em close up nearly every day but I really need a good camera.

That's cool. I like to watch them too.
Youth is great but the wisdom that comes with age is also very good.
