ive read all the different storys about Needham and the stuff he has done,and it sucks.and sorry i may have have jumped to conclusions as well.and maybe i should post more than 34 times but i am not as opionated as some people are.i like to spend my time out in the fields rather than on a computer. i work at a bank i spend enough time staring at a computer

Im not even going to waste my time with an explanation for the knucklehead that has come to the conclusion that this is some make believe story. What does "opionated" mean anyways? Maybe you should spend more time on the computer on the "how to spell site"!

I was contacted by Jeff Whitaker with the Kimble Co. Sheriff Dept. last week in regards to the current overall status and my personal case against Michael Needham. In Mr. Whitakers OPINION the judge is going to allow Mr. Needham to be released on probation which will allow him to start working to pay restitution to all of his victoms. As I get more information I will pass it along.

well i hope everyone gets there restitution,and hopefully this will be the last we here of this happening to people.

I just talked to the girl at the sheriff's office and it appears the case is closed and the guy only got probation,no jail time. She was going to have Mr. Whitaker give me a call tomorrow so maybe I will have more details to share.

I at least hope he had to make restitution to everyone he scammed and filed a complaint against him.

Thats what happened to the guy who scammed a bunch of people about 15 years ago including my group. He got probation and had to make restitution. Guys name was Steve Sturrock.

If it is not to late??? Which it may very well be, but if they seized this cash from him there will be a property hearing and I will say this,, If this fellow did skip on your deposit money you should contact the S.O. and find out what happend to the money.

If they did seize it you have a pacurinary interest in this money and if you can prove how much you sent to him you can show up to the property hearing or file a letter with the court of hearing and get your deposit back..

I just wanted to touch base with any and everyone on this post. I did receive a few payments from Mr Needham, then they stopped. I havent heard anything in about 4-6 months. Have any of you had any luck or heard anything lately? I hope someone has some good news out there.

I was reading other forums where the girlfriend was helping .she said she does not wanna set him up in a bar with the mad clients , but then she told everyone his hangout every tuesday. Not saying this guy is good or bad but since the police let him out of jail with just probation after 50 or more people have filed fraud on him seems kinda fishy. I mean we are talking about wire and electronic fraud .this is federal ! As my father use to tell me "there is no wrath like a scorned woman" maybe this is a ex girlfriends way of getting even

It's the district attorney. They get more money thru probation plus no trial. Lots easier and considered a win for DA. Lots of drugs here and all they get is probation. Some even get probation after they serve the first probation. It all bout money!!!!!! Don't blame you for being mad. Just b careful who u deal with. Lots dishonest people out there good luck. Yep! I'm still pissed too! It was 3 years ago and this guy is still just hanging out waiting to scam the next guy. Sometimes it's just crazy what people can get away with! That was supposed to be my sons first hunt! Go figure!
