Does anyone know the truth behind Rock River using .156" pins over the standard .154" pins? Does anyone have real world experience with timney vs Geissele vs Jewell?

Trigger Pins Size

According to this, the RRA 2-Stage trigger requires the .155 pins. The receiver is designed for .154. The triggers you list are .154. The receiver is .154 (mil spec). You should be fine with .154 pins. Check the link and it should make sense.
