I am on a 100 acre plot in Kimble county, 17 miles east of Junction, off ranch road 385. It is year round access, plenty of whitetail and turkey, which I have seen and have photos of. Have also seen Axis, coyotes, quail and bobcats on site. Small camping area with running water and electricity and small covered pavilion. 5 blinds on site and 6 feeders available. low fenced on 2 sides. Cement watering trough kept filled year round. Land owner is an old school rancher who does business based on a good word and a handshake. Looking for two more rifles, meaning adult hunters at $1000.00 per rifle. Children and wives more than welcome to come out and play. I am an experienced hunter who has hunted in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and both Carolina's. I have a 15 y.o. daughter who comes with occasionally. The feeders belong to me and I run trail cams out there to keep track of whats around. You probably wont find a Booner hiding in every bush, but we've got a load of deer and the place has great potential if properly maintained. Please feel free to P.M. back if this interests you. Thanks in advance. John Turbeville a.k.a. worknonit (THF) Ingram, Tx.

I said 5 blinds are on site. only three are in place, the other two are at the camp area where they were left by former lease holders. I hung on to them just in case we didn't like one particualr blind we could trade it up or down for one that works better for whichever hunter comes along.

Odd thing about the hogs. I have found their droppings, tracks, and wallows on site, but I personally have not seen them there nor caught them on game cams. The wife of the former lease partner swears she saw a huge hog from one of the blinds towards the back, but I can't confirm it myself. I know they are there, I just haven't been able to lay eyes on them yet.

Thanks to all of you that answered my thread. I am happy to say that the slots have been filled by a couple of great fellas and I am thrilled to have them out with me for the coming season.
My Only regret is that I wont get a chance to meet or talk to the rest of you. THF brothers are the greatest! Good luck finding a spot.

Glad you got it filled. I knew you would not have any trouble filling it at that price. Good luck in the upcoming season!
