OK, I hunted with Kelly of Kent Outdoors this morning. Witnessed him do what I have only heard others speak of; the stuff of legend. Held a wounded duck by the neck, ran other hand over the head and onto the bill, pushing down so as to make the head crown nicely. Then he bit the duck's head, crushing it's skull, and finishing him off quickly and cleanly. My questions are simple: (1) Who else actually does this? (2) Do you bite until bone cracks or go farther?
“And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.” Micah 6:8

Done it plenty of times. Just make sure not to bite to hard. Didn't take me long to realize raw brain doesn't taste real good.

That's one part of hunting that is rather unpleasant to me. I just ring their neck and then squeeze the ringed part of their neck till they expire. Usually just takes a few seconds. Best option is a good clean shot at close range.

I have a small sharp flat-head screwdriver. I push in from the back into the brain case. They flap a couple of times, then go limp. Quick and they still look good for pics.

Diver auto mud stomp. Non wall hanger ring its neck. Wall hanger CPR to keep it alive to let the taxi do the dirty work.
Jager is like liquid xanax. Wake up looking like you fell in a tiger exhibit and crawled through a leech filled swamp to get out.
