Looks like you need a trap or two at there. Game wardens got a trapper working there side, I like to use a rifle on this side.  Heres the trap, its got corn in it but its not set.

Very familair looking pics. Interesting that they will trap but only allow archery hunting on their side.

I think he might need a little bit bigger trap for your problems  Feed them out in the middle of the field so you can get more before they get to the fences.
