I recently did a day hunt in Elmendorf, TX at this location http://southtexaswild.webs.com/

It's a simple and small area that has a corn feeder with a motion sensor activated light (night hunting). There is nothing fancy and is located literally across the street from the owner's place (lives in a rural community). The surrounding area is good Texas brush country.

The two man blind is about 60yds from the feeder and with an open killing field. Since it's a night hunt, I would recommend taking a head lamp/spot light in the event the night light on the feeder doesn't provide enough lighting.

I unfortunately didn't have any luck the time I hunted. It's close by San Antonio and hunts are $75 per hunter. For the short drive and opportunity to hunt on private property, I will be sure to try my luck again. The owner and easy to work with. Anyone in the local area, check out his website.

Good hunting!
