Needing one guy, putting this out there as a possibility, if interested PM me. 350 acres 8 miles south of Childress, it would be myself and other person. 150-200 acres of it is crp with the the remaining being brush (mesquite, cedar). Has two dirt tanks, one dried up this yr, the other still holding good water. There are horses on property but there are also wells so yr round water regardless of rain. Neighbor has 200 acre pasture usually planted in wheat although not this yr due to drought. Price would be $1500, we will deal with landowner directly. Place has potential, just need someone willing to help me work, tough getting things done by yourself.

I'm interested all my hunting buddies stop hunting so I'm looking for some new people to hunt with. I have hunted childress before and like it there as long as the land is not owned by Doug Seal.

I have spoke with Mr. Seal in the past regarding his lease. I was definitely turned off a little bit after speaking with him. If I remember correctly, he had quite a few policies in place that seemed a little overkill. I guess that is why he has openings year after year. Oh well, his land, his rules
