 When walking up to the 3 acre pond this morning around 5 we heard geese which i have not seen there ever. When we walked over the dam there had to be thousands i was wondering if yall think its a resting hole and when should i set up to hunt them

When we walked up it spooked them. What time do yall think there landing there and when would i set up

prolly are getting there after sunset and spending the night... you can set up a good ways off from the pond and HOPE they decide to leave that way, or you can sneak up over the levee and say hey! they will all get quiet and look up that is when you put three shots through as many heads as possible (provided they are snows) if they are Canadas dont shoot over the limit

Bring several guys, sneak over the levy and give em hell Did this last year and stacked some park geese. Half the lake is WMA and half is State Park. We lost a cripple to the state park side...but it was fun.
